Shipping & Handling
We will ship your order within three business days.  If you have  shipping needs that require expedited service (overnight or express  mail), we will work with you, make arrangements, and let you know what  the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method.

Note: All  responsibility and issues regarding shipping delivery times should be  directed to the shipping carrier and their policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We  hope you are fully satisfied with your Queen of Fragrances purchase. If  something is not right, please let us know, as we welcome feedback from  our customers. We will accept returns of unopened, unused, or defective  merchandise within 30 days of purchase for an exchange only.

Merchandise  purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to us directly. Please  take the item back to the store where you purchased it and they will  work out an arrangement with you depending on their return/exchange  policy. Only items bought directly from our website or at an event where  we sell to the public can be returned directly to Madame Thelma Beauty.
 

Returns by mail instructions:

Please  place the merchandise in a box or envelope with a brief explanation of  why you are returning the item. Please pack properly if sending fragile  items such as jewelry.  Please send it to us via priority mail. All  merchandise will be refunded for the price paid. All credit card refunds  will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow  1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
